Redcliffs Positive: Location was excellent Negative: The shades don’t go all the way up in the master bedroom.

Lovely venue spoilt by annoying check in Positive: Th property was lovely with all the modern conveniences, close to the beach and some shops and lovely scenery. It was spacious and very clean. It had a beautiful view and fit our 5 adults easily. Great coffee shop around the corner. Negative: The online check in process was onerous right down to having to do a facial recognition scan and invasive details about my life for security. Despite the fact that all money had been prepaid. I am a Genius Level 3 member with Booking.com and was informed that they didn't have this information. However it is easily available to check. I stayed in 6 other properties in New Zealand during my trip and was welcomed every time with a friendly smile and zero security checks. There were lots of reasons given when I complained about the difficulty of completing all these checks while driving, including needing information in case of police or rescue! I will choose to stay in more relaxed venues in future.
