Positive: 客廳、廚房使用方便。
Negative: 入住需要上網自助填寫資料，很繁瑣，而且還需要簽約，但很多內容在訂房時並沒有事前通知，對入住者相當不公平。包含要自行清倒屋內垃圾，否則需要扣款。一般住宿，清倒垃圾是含在費用裡的。
只有客廳有冷氣，房間內均沒有，空氣流通不好，夏天會覺得悶熱。
浴室沒有放沐浴用品的地方，很不方便。
地板有點髒。
客廳很多燈泡不會亮，也都沒有更換。
車庫車道比較小。
