Well equipped and comfortable base from which to explore Christchurch.
Positive: Great location, close walking distance to all CBD facilities and attractions. Quiet neighbourhood, overlooking grassy square.
Negative: 3 bedroom appt was great for us - two adult couples. But, only one assigned parking space (secure garage). Second car on street, with difficulty finding parking nearby, as it was in one of the closer areas to the CBD with free, timeless on street parking.
