Just like the pictures and great location
Positive: Location was great, easy to get to all places we needed to go, either walking or short Uber ride. Awesome place to stay with enough space for 4 couples. Well equipped kitchen with wine glasses! Lovely and warm when we arrived. Beds were comfy and linen lovely. Nice touches with the bedding. Enough towels. We had 3 cars with us, one in the garage and one in front and easy enough to find parking on the street. Nice and close to all amenities. Contact with them was brilliant also, via phone and email. Would stay again with no hesitations.

Love the house, if the garage can be cleaned a bit more that would be perfect ( it is a bit smelly )

Bad communication
Negative: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate with you regarding my booking, I was met with a lack of cooperation and understanding. Your team's sole focus seemed to be on the financial aspects, with no consideration for the human impact of your policies.
I had contacted you prior to the booking to confirm the details, but you failed to provide me with any information on how to collect the keys or access the property. This lack of communication and support was unacceptable, especially given that you had already confirmed the booking.
Your company's failure to provide clear instructions and support has caused me significant inconvenience and stress. I expect a higher level of service from a company that claims to provide excellent customer experience.
I will be leaving a negative review onto reflect my experience with your company. I hope that in the future, your team will prioritize customer satisfaction and provide more empathetic and supportive service.
