Your team's sole focus seemed to be on the financial aspects, with no consideration for the human impact of your policies. I had contacted you prior to the booking to confirm the details, but you failed to provide me with any information on how to collect the keys or access the property. This lack of communication and support was unacceptable, especially given that you had already confirmed the booking. Your company's failure to provide clear instructions and support has caused me significant inconvenience and stress. I expect a higher level of service from a company that claims to provide excellent customer experience. I will be leaving a negative review onto reflect my experience with your company. I hope that in the future, your team will prioritize customer satisfaction and provide more empathetic and supportive service.
