Perfect location and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds. Floors are quite squeaky, and stairs to enter are steep and narrow. Along with 3 legged dining chairs, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. Lacking a compost bucket & recycling bin inside.

There were things that could be better and easily remedied, but we would not hesitate to stay again. Positive: Excellent location for my conference at the nearby Town Hall. Very handy to the CBD and other attractions. Layout was good. Artworks added a nice touch. Negative: Little things could have been better. Air freshner in the toilets, fixed height shower-head over bath was annoying and tuning into the desired tv programmes was limited and a headache. Most notable issue was probably not having filter curtains or blinds, as when you pull back the curtains in living area and bedrooms, you look directly at the apartments behind and across the street.

A nice clean and tidy setup that suited our family of four for our stay in the city. Would happily stay again.
